Order Processing at YETI

We process your orders promptly, typically within 1-2 business days. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, the processing will begin on the next business day. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing, standard shipping deliveries usually take 2-5 business days to arrive at your location within the United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and military destinations such as APO and FPO addresses.

For personalized or custom products, please expect a longer delivery duration of 1-2 weeks. Custom orders cannot be expedited.

Shipping Fees

YETI offers free standard shipping on all orders over $40. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the package weight.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that tracking updates may occasionally delay for a few days due to carrier scanning practices. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, carefully check around your property as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected places.

International Orders and Fees

For international shipments, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the customs process in the destination country.
